In the US, people will sort of disparage you for cloning and not coming up with something new. In Lattam, there's a Goldilocks zone where you bring new energy to a business that's already working. So it's not quite cloning, but it's not doing something brandbrand new. And so I would suggest that founders should look in that Goldilocks area.
