I think sometimes when you have the experience, but don't reflect on it, or don't have, there's no time to process the experience, it's totally it's not effective. So yeah, personally journaling has definitely been huge. I'm a big fan of like picking up hard situations and things that I've gone through or experience to really try to understand, okay, why do I think this thing happened, or how did I react?
