Adding Mass to a Business

You don't want a lot of people around who are making work for other people. You reach at some point a certain size where it does more harm to the organization than not if you don't have someone in charge of these things. And i think, perhaps to jason's point about being hesitant with people who great work for others, is the one where i'm the most sensitive. I had a few experiences with managers like that, where i just like your i mean, this doesn't mean they're not nice people, but in their function, you're worse than useless. They ended creating up more mass for everyone else to carry around.
