Once you've nailed a niche, do you want to grow vertically or horizontally? One of my favorite businesses is called Slice. Founder O'leer had worked in pizza shops and his family had been in the business for years. He built trust with the first customer and kept building more and more for them. The real issue with niches is that they don't come with a guarantee of success.
