What Do Great Companies Do?

Tilo has a number of different values that i think are all really great, and that you see at tuilio. They're not just written on the web side and never acted on. And one of the s wear the customers shoes. So i'm making sure that we're always thinking about the customers experience. What happens when develop er lands on the webside and can't find the documentation they want? Or what happens at an event when some one doesn't get connected with the right person,. or feels like, you know, we didn't answer their questions properly.
