The Difference Between a Faster and a Slower System

In theory I'd probably have all my markets trading exactly the same. In practice there are some markets where faster systems are just too expensive and therefore I have to reduce or even eliminate those from those markets. But they don't have the same costs. And that means that although in principle you may think that a faster system should be traded with all markets in practice, that fast system is just going to be too expensive to trade for something like euro-dollar. We're still not at the point where we have a final answer on that but as usual there isn't the one answer.
