Concentrate on the Breath Instead of What's Coming Out of the Head

The underlying condition is always relevant and present but the attention and interest is usually drawn into the surface conditions. The idea that that I don't have to seek anything that I am I'm looking for that that message is just incredible well let me share something it may sound crazy but there is peace even with crazy thoughts yeah.
