The Vision Has to Be Clear
Clarity means that in order for something to multiply, the vision has to be clear. In building o culture, it takes about five years to really build a culture where people see what you see and then they strive as hard as you do to go after it. A mentor told me one of the tings i've learned by experiece here at the summit church is something a mentor told me when i came. He said, pastors consistently over what they can accomplish in five years and underestimate what they can accomplished in 20. And so ah. In order to multiply, they have to see what you See.
