Is Your Body Language Not Representative?

i think if during our meetings, we both committed that when we're in a group meeting, wer gin, to be in that meeting very focus very present. If ever we feel like we shouldn't be there, we'll say that and have a conversation about whether or not the meeting shuld be happening yet. What about if we just leave meetings if we think that we're not contributing or getting a ny value from them? And so i tink there's a couple of things in there to unpack. Call those little habits. The last thing i wantto mention about feedback is, as i said before, it's hard to elicit feedback up upwards from from report managers unfortunately.
