The biggest lever they can pull is to earn more and sooner per subscriber. Almost every single newsletter I've ever seen with the exception of like Brennan, Don and like three other people are already pretty good at getting subscribers. And he's really taking a surgical approach to virality and monetization that I'm sure lots of other operators are doing it, but he's sharing it, which is nice.
