i think the first time i did a deep dive into your work was around teaming, when i was working so p w c and ein teamer. And i remember sharing with my team the video that you still have a youtube, where you talk about teaming. And everyone loved that idea. It just struck me in research i was doing in organizations in various industries that the stable, well designed team was increasing becoming a thing of the past. Because we have 24 seven operations or complex and shifting projects,. We often have new people joining a collaboration over time and other people rotating off.
