Paul's Theology on the One God
The challenge and that's the excitement of theology. It's not just about learning funny old phrases that people use but we really don't quite understand them these days. Paul says in Galatians chapter 4 now that you have come to know God or rather been owned by God how can you turn back to what is the equivalent of paganism again? He was a Jew who had discovered that the one God is not a numerical isolated separated monotheism in that sense but a differentiated monotheism so that Jesus calls God Abba Father and Jesus pours out his own spirit upon his followers.
