Silvergate had 13.3 billion of deposits that could be withdrawn within the span of minutes, and it had 1.4 billion of cash. The Fed blocked custodia's business model six weeks before the bank runs, which was exactly that, a payment bank that was sitting 100% in cash. And now we're seeing calls from all kinds of mainstream places for exactly that.
