Activision Blizzard - Is This Going to Go Through?

Activision Blizzard has a union. The CWA was voicing these concerns that saying that if this deal doesn't go through, it could, you know, cause a power imbalance between management and workers. Microsoft has already been very supportive of this union in the past of we seen. There is still the SEC lawsuit or FTC or I forget which US agency it is the US government is still suing Microsoft over this but maybe that lawsuit goes away after all this stuff with the CMA out.
