i recently spoke to some one at patagonia, which is known for being like the best place to work for everyone. They have onsight child care for theyr, like white collar workers. And during the pandemic, they had even lower turnover rates among the parents that they employ then normal. So another thing that the treasury has in their report is a proposal to encourage more companies to build onsight child Care facilities.
