The Rise of Tick-Born Illnesses

A new CDC report shows there were more than 90,000 cases between 2017 and 2022. Symptoms of alpha-gal syndrome can appear two to six hours after eating meat or dairy products. Doctors may recommend you stop eating beef, pork, lamb, venison and rabbit. The CDC says clinicians need to stress tick by prevention with patients.
