How to Create User Journeys That Don't Imagine Misuse and Abuse
The formalization and defining the rules around it is a big part of design process. If you're making a social product, you need to imagine how that product is going to be misused or abused. I've used some of that when we design like safety products at Nest. It was easy to like catch stuff because of that. But from a hiring standpoint, I'm going to have to like put a melee on the spot.
