Are You Getting More Students Supporting Trigger Warnings?
We polled students back in 2016 and a whole range of free speech issues. This year we found they were much less liberal, more willing to see controls on free speech than in the past. 86% of students now say that they think trigger warnings are an appropriate and acceptable thing. The number for female students is 90% and then the number for male students is 82%. So you find little differences but first year, second and third year there's no difference to speak of whether you're in an old university or a more modern university.
