Do You Have a Nail Brush?

My dad had a specific brush that he used to screw up his fingers, fingernails to be more specific. He made sure one fingernail was long enough to put the cream on. That's what a fucking cork do you? And he had used the cream for his piles. Why is Mr Maniac brushing it off his lips? Like... What the hell? like a cardoon? Can you imagine, brushing your lips?
