The attempted kidnapping of a 19-year-old girl in Salt Lake City. The victim's cousin, jessica, woke to the sound of a picture falling off her dresser just under her bedroom window. When she looked, she saw something or some one trying to cut through the window screen. Now at the time, she screamed and her dad came running, but whoever had been trying to get in got away.
