"I appreciate so much the craft of design and how far we've come," he says. "If you have a growth mindset, as we talked about earlier, you can you can learn anything." He was inspired by a book called 'Grit' to get a tattoo on his arm that reads: 'The righteous fall seven times and rise again.' But it's not inked yet; maybe one day I'll get that on me or maybe I fight for the users,. but I might have to.

Laura Elizabeth believes developers can learn design. She articulates the importance of reflecting on our users’ needs more than our personal tastes. She touches on how making a product makes us better designers. She also inspires us to always be genuine in our dealings with our customers if we want to build (and keep) trust.
