Julie: I feel that the biggest problem that i have is like the a d h d or p ts d like symptoms. In my country, they don't recognize it and you cannot legally prescribed medication for it if you were over 18. Julie: It sounds like mental health treatment has actually made things worse for you in the past - which is awful. If you all are concerned that you all have a diagnosis, the right move is to get at least an evaluation -- then figure out what treatment feels right for you.
