Even at Cisco scale, you operate like a startup. You start by listening to the customer. And this is something very close to my heart because again, you cannot be in your lab looking at technology. The way I've been approaching it is to say, if I have to build a new technology to solve a new problem, I will do that. But what I care about mostly is to solve a problem that was once sold before.
