When it comes to me and like science as a company debunking something, it's generally something like that. And the thing is, if we're wrong, doesn't really matter. If someone's 20% body fat and we're saying you can probably stay at maintenance or be in a slight surplus and still build muscle just fine. That's fine. We're dealing with very, very low stakes. So like, whatever, we try to be correct and helpful. But if the people were disagreeing with or wrong, or if we're right, I mean, ultimately at the end of the day, no harm, no foul.
