The Delusion of a City

I think there was a time that you could get away with that stuff. I just think now, everybody's so far up their own ass. They wouldn't just have fun with it. Well, Dale has that Lenin statue that somebody just dumped in like a, you know, kind of an open area in the city. He just left it there for like 30 years. Is this a very similar, similar situation? So maybe a rowdy ruddy Piper type then is who came up with the revealing statues.
