Genetics Is Not Guaranteed

The world is a complicated, complicated place and we tend to focus on the trees. We need to step back and look at the forest. I desperately believe that we have to stop treeing the world as if it's the lowest common denominator in intelligence. They're not smart enough to handle complexity, honesty, challenge. If we treat people, they can't understand the complex situation so we dumb everything down.
