Should I Outsource My in-Offish Membership Plan?

When we started ours, there were no outside resources. We had to make it up on our own. There's a number of companies that can do this for you. If you already feel like your business team members are completely stretched and it's the proverbial last straw that'll break the camel's back, then by all means outsource it. But run it through the question filter that I asked: Do you have a team member that has some time bandwidth? And if so, this is an easy thing for her to do with a little bit of training.
