Is There an Inflammation in the Right of a Quadrant?
The fever does raise the specter of systemic inflammation. The neurologic exam really suggests an upper motor neuron disease. And something is going on in the patabiliary system and potentially in the heme system. We do have a little bit of a leukocytosis moving right along with a relatively normal diff.
