UEFA and Juventus - What Does It All Mean?

Juventus were running like well over 70% wages to turnover. The club was losing money and they were up against the edge of facing real FFP bans, FFP punishments from U of A. They decided to do criminal fraud to avoid that. It just strikes me as if this is why they did it. It was some really poor decision making in the moment.
