The FDIC SRAc stepped in when Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank both collapsed within a 24 hour period. This is a pool of 100 crazy legit former bank presidents, CFOs,. board members that sits on the sidelines, waits for banks to fail. And then when they do fail, the FDIC taps them out of this pool to go like take over the bank and run it. The only word that actually came to mind when you said that was actually a racist word? It's not that that I know of.
