The Military Industrial Complex Is the Big Beneficiary of This Legislation

With advanced ET technology being studied and reverse engineered, what's going to happen is that the oil industry is going to vanish. There's no way you can power craft capable of interstellar travel using rocket fuel. And space medicine, they're not going to give these pharmaceutical products to people that are out in deep space for months or years even. Pharmaceuticals just won't do it. You can't treat these things. So who is the big beneficiary? It's going to be the military industrial complex because who's going to build the space carriers?"
