The Importance of Reinvestment Rates

Some analysts will adjust for R&D. Are there any adjustments you make like that? Sure. You have to be careful about that, right? Because otherwise you wind up kind of talking yourself into something that's not true. The counting realities don't always reflect the economic realities. Some companies have CapEx and then they trade it very high multiples of free cash flow.
