Is a Central Bank a Problem?
When the presence of the state is large in the financial sector, so that a public sector banks thes tremendous presence in insurance, pension, non bank finance, at cetera. Soeno they are all around, then there is a constant tendency to lean on the central bank to make it easier for these entities to survive. In my view, this could be one of the reasons why the overall evasion culture builds up in the country. And if you can just work with them to get a few decisions your way, maybe this would be a very symbiotic relationship for enterprise and the government,. not necessarily always the benefit of the economy.
