Most managers have never had any training on delegation. You always want to delegate the amount of money that you want spent, what finished looks like and how little time you want them to spend. Most leaders have never been trained on situation or leadership. Andi: It's always frustrated me when se yo say, oh, business is hard. No, business is really simple but you have a bunch of people doing stuff that they've never been trained to do.
Meetings suck, don't they?
Fellow Canadian Cameron Herold wrote a book with that title. But he knows that they don't have to suck.
During our discussion, Cameron shares with me why meetings don't have to suck and how to keep them becoming something that sucks. We also talked about a variety of other things during our conversation because Cameron has covered a lot through his body of work.
