The Demise of Roberts

A year ago the headline was, you know, Roberts has lost the court, right? He joined some of the folks in a shadow docket case about changing the Voting Rights Act and said, we shouldn't be doing this on the shadow docket. This term, if you look at those last big cases, right, affirmative action, that's him. And remember he was one of the five, four and Citizens United. He wrote Shelby County. So the tales of his demise were clearly exaggerated.
