Scientists have found that peatlands in the democratic republic of congo are 15 % bigger than previously thought. This isn't the president's first effort to make good on his campaign promise to tackle climbate change. The government thinks that there could be about 650 billion dollars worth of oil down there. But is also a lot of carbon dioxide. Some people are calling it a carbon bomb.
