Sally Kohn: Did you go over the initial budget? Surprisingly, we didn't. Our budget for the renovations and stuff was 200,000. So that was all the construction, the custom items, the murals and all of our furniture and whatnot. We ended up having a few surprise expenses, which were a bummer.
