Sally Kohn: In her coaching role, you are hearing so many cases of real people going through their very real journey in academic medicine. So we've got to structure this episode around some of the common cases you get to hear and particularly around some ofThe challenges. But before we kind of get deep into the good stuff, we just love to hear a little bit more about where you started in this journey. What got you so passionate about women of color and coaching them and what difference did you see that you were like, I need to help this population out?
