The Argument for a Strong State

Christiane Amanpour: I think ultimately what we're talking about is an argument for a strong state. And I'm just curious if you could share with us today, maybe some of your thoughts about how we achieve that balance. "I've always defended civil liberties, but the, that stuff has come much more important in my thinking as of late," Amanpour says.
