Given the high rate of burnout among nurses and doctors if Amazon was to become a new or a health new health care overlord what is your argument for why doctors and nurses should come work for Amazon health? And then I have one clarification question on a private label well you know we decided we learned a lot doing Amazon Care and customers really like the offering but as got further along in that process we realized it wasn't gonna scale.
