Jodana: Is there a way to educate people so hat they don't come in and be disrespectful, or is their presence inherently net negative for the neighborhood? Jodana: I think housing as a right is the bigger conversation. Everybody should have fair access to housing. And it's not necessarily like the the little white girl, the little white guy who come to new york with these, you know, big dreams. Sometimes it's those finance birls that aren juntrifying.
