The Court's Decision Protects People From Political Belief

Most public accommodations laws do not make political belief one of their protected grounds. That is beginning to creep into employment discrimination law, no discrimination on the basis of people's political beliefs. And so it wouldn't be too surprising if it made it into public accommodations law, at which point you would have a fully ripe case.
