This is very much snake oil salesman, although usually snake oils are relatively harmless and just don't do what they're supposed to. In this case, this snake oil will kill you. It's ridiculous how much he managed to just consume. And the fact that he was sort of essentially awake and lucid for as long as he was is shocking.
