Invest or Protection, Facilitating Capital Formation
I do think that the three parts of our mandate, invest or protection, facilitating capital formation, in fostering the integrity of the market place, the fair, orderly and efficient markets we call it. It can achieve all the objectives in a way that works well. But i think that's a conversation we have to have more broadly with the public. My views might be much different than some one else's. Other people might want a much stricter regulatory framework. And so it's important to take into account all of the different views and come to a point that we can all agree on just broadening that out.
