The Cost of Not Having a Lock Down
i discussed this in an episoda ling from the show notes, which i did with ruthi rajgo palin ona cowed where she sort of spoke about how the cost of not having a lock down would have been disproportionately on the poor. The other aspect of this is that even though we want far more testing, they're incentives actually to do less testing. Because the less testing you do, the lower the numbers will be, and the better the optics for you iner. How do you sort of feel about er? Though this might be repeating my earlier question about the incentives of politicians, but this seems almost an insurmountable problem when i think about it.
