Awake Up to Pause
It's the nature of mine to get lost in thoughtsand it's also our capacity to notice at some point so when you notice that the mind has been off on a train of thought, let that be a wake up to pause. Notice the difference between being here feeling the sensations of the breathand. You might even note thinking, thinking and gently relax back, landing on the next in breath or out breath, risingreath or falling.
