"I was actually around six years old and my sister and I were playing with our large colorful bird puppet, which we loved. When I saw a figure in my peripheral vision, I stood very still and without turning my head I focused my attention on this figure," he said. "He wore a medium brown colored fedora hat and when I turned him directly he brought up his hands and his head down slightly and he patted me." He then slowly sighted away and disappeared.
