Nicha and Schopenhauer's Asceticism

The most extreme form of asceticism approaches an attempt to dwell within nothingness and gain some sort of rest or repose from life. Nicha also mentions the majority of people, in some way, are physically or psychologically imperfect. So it's not enough simply to reject life. One must place oneself above it. It's this kind of tendency that nitha sees in mankind as a result of his will to power. Schopenhauer concludes his world as will and representation with this assertion that we must now be open about what it is that we're seeking in the holy life.
