Can a Caffeinated Nap Cause Sleep Disruption?

Caffeinated napping involves consuming caffeine right before the onset of a nap. It usually takes 30 or 45 minutes for that caffeine to really kick in, which is pretty convenient because that means if you have this caffeine right before you begin the nap, the caffeine is really going to start to hit as your nap is winding down. And there is some research supporting the effectiveness of this particular approach for exercise applications.
