In two thousand five the supreme court case, kilo versus new london, basically upholds the idea that a city can take private property if it's for economic development. This is really not a question of personal responsibility when it comes to the people struggling. Are really a profiteering and people who are hoarding housing and resources. It hasn't always been like this, and i think it's getting worse daily.
